What you will do:
We are looking for a INCLUSION & ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST who can help shape our vision and support our mission. Here is what the position will look like.
- Design and deliver DE&I learning and programs that measurably increase cultural competency, inclusive behaviors, and cross-cultural understanding.
- Develop, facilitate, and enhance programs that deepen inclusion and belonging, i.e. Steps Toward Freedom, Connecting Circles, DE&I Champions, Speaker Series.
- Lead the assessment and refinement of the DE&I Maturity & Sustainability Model and DE&I Toolkit to measure impact, identify gaps, and guide strategic improvements.
- Partner to coordinate recurring employee gatherings and legacy events, including coordinating cultural recognition and participation in DE&I efforts.
Organize listening sessions and forums to encourage dialogue and feedback on DE&I topics.
Build solid relationships to accelerate adoption of DE&I practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Provide leaders with tools and guidance that improve team climate, increase psychological safety, and support inclusive decision‑making.
Produce reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate progress, insights and program effectiveness to recommend improvements.
Partner with Member and Community Engagement to identify shared insights, strengthen equity across employee and member experiences, and reduce disparities.
Collaborate with Learning & Organizational Development to expand high‑impact, measurable learning experiences that improve inclusive behaviors.
Serve as an advocate and expert to elevate evidence-based DE&I best practices and drive meaningful cultural outcomes.
Build strong relationships with team members across the organization to support achievement of DE&I objectives.
Partner with DE&I Champions to support initiatives.
What you will bring:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Organizational Development or related field is required; an equivalent combination of education and experience can be substituted in lieu of the degree
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in DE&I and/or employee engagement program design, implementation and measurement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Expertise in cultural competence and processes a strong understanding of DE&I principles, employee engagement strategies, and wellbeing programs. Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills. Ability to navigate complex situations with compassion and clarity. Stays current on DE&I trends, legislation, and best practices to inform organizational strategies. Skilled in event coordination and employee engagement experiences. Use of AI tools to strengthen DE&I insights, programming, and communication including project management skills. Demonstrates support for the company’s mission, vision and values. Position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) with ability to work with a variety of project management tools. May be required to manage multiple priorities and projects with tight deadlines.
Licenses/Certifications: A valid driver's license and proof of current auto insurance will be required for any position requiring driving.

Pay, Perks and Benefits at Colorado Access:
The compensation for this position is $72,500.00 - $80,600.00 annually. Colorado Access has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Colorado Access may pay for the position at the time of posting. Colorado Access may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidate’s sex or any other protected status.

This position will be a hybrid model work environment, a blend of ‘In-Office’ and ‘Remote.’
