We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst / ServiceNow Senior Systems Administrator to join our Medellín office. This is a fully onsite role requiring strong technical expertise in ServiceNow platform administration, system integrations, workflow automation, and enterprise IT service management (ITSM).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, optimizing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions that drive operational efficiency and business process automation across the organization.
ServiceNow Platform Administration
Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or other modules as applicable).
Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, forms, reports, dashboards, and custom applications.
Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Ensure platform performance, security, scalability, and availability.
Systems Analysis & Business Support
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Analyze existing workflows and recommend improvements.
Document functional and technical specifications.
Provide impact analysis for system changes and enhancements.
Integration & Automation
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration tools.
Automate manual processes using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting.
Ensure CMDB accuracy and data integrity.
Governance & Compliance
Maintain platform governance standards and best practices.
Support audits and compliance requirements.
Ensure proper change management processes are followed.
Support & Leadership
Provide Tier 2/3 support for ServiceNow-related issues.
Mentor junior administrators and analysts.
Collaborate with global IT teams.
Participate in after-hours support if required.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience administering ServiceNow in an enterprise environment.
Strong hands-on experience with:
ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
CMDB & Discovery
Flow Designer & IntegrationHub
JavaScript, Glide APIs
REST/SOAP integrations
Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and instance management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent documentation and communication skills (English required).
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Preferred.
Experience with ITIL framework (ITIL v3 or v4 certification preferred).
Experience working in healthcare or regulated environments (a plus).
Experience supporting multi-location/global organizations.
Work Environment
This is a full-time onsite position based in our Medellín, Colombia office.
Candidates must be willing to work from the office daily.
Collaboration with U.S. and international teams may require schedule flexibility.
