Position: RN/LPN Supervisor – Weekend Shift
Location: Maitland, FL
Schedule: Part-Time | Saturdays & Sundays | 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $33–$40 per hour

Rehabilitation Center of Winter Park is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN/LPN Supervisor to lead our nursing team during weekend shifts. This is a key leadership role where you’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to ensure exceptional resident care, strong staff performance, and full regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the DON and ADON to oversee daily nursing operations in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations

• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain the highest standards of care and professionalism

• Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident well-being and staff performance

• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and positivity

• Assist with state surveys, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license (RN preferred)

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence in resident care
