Job Description

Turn Data Into Strategy That Drives Real Decisions

You’re a naturally curious, data-driven problem solver who’s comfortable working in ambiguity and turning complexity into clarity. You know how to get your hands into the data, using SQL to uncover insights, and you pair that with strong business judgment to guide decisions that matter.

Your communication and prioritization skills are sharp, allowing you to manage multiple projects while influencing partners across the business. You’re just as comfortable building the analysis as you are presenting the “so what,” and you take ownership of moving work forward in environments that aren’t always fully defined.

If you’re someone who enjoys getting your hands into the data, finding patterns others miss, and influencing meaningful outcomes, this is the kind of work that keeps you engaged!

What You’ll Do (and Why You’ll Love Doing It)

You’re not just analyzing data. You’re shaping how a business grows.

At Precoa, Strategy Analysts sit at the intersection of data, decision-making, and real business impact. You’ll partner across teams, dig into complex messy problems, and turn data into clear direction that leaders can act on.

This is a role with visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to help guide decisions as you’ll:

  • Turn data into direction: Use SQL, Tableau, and Excel to access, analyze, and interpret data that informs high-impact business decisions across a complex operating model.
  • Lead projects that influence the business: Own cross-functional initiatives from discovery through recommendation, helping teams prioritize the right opportunities and move forward with clarity.
  • Navigate ambiguity and create structure: Step into unstructured problems, define the path forward, and bring clarity where it doesn’t yet exist.
  • Communicate insights that drive action: Translate complex analysis into clear, compelling recommendations for stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Improve how we work: Continuously refine systems, reporting, and processes to help the business operate more effectively and make better decisions over time.

If you’re ready to step into work that blends data, strategy, and real influence, let’s go!
