Description

POSITION PURPOSE:  To be an excellent representative of Sipapu.  Directs the cleaning crew along with cleaning guest units as assigned, ensuring the resort’s established standards of cleanliness.  Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints.  Ensures confidentiality and security of all guest units.  To facilitate excellent customer service at all times.  To do whatever it takes to promote the best interest of the business as it pertains to the lodging department.
