We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and verify data in company databases and systems
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them promptly
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Organize and manage digital files and records
- Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher preferred)
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace
- Excellent typing speed and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
