About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR Manager in functional areas including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and data management. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world HR operations in a dynamic organization, providing a strong foundation for a future career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining HR tracking sheets (recruitment, leave, and new hires).
Support planning and execution of employee engagement and training initiatives.
Participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency.
Provide administrative support to HR.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on STEM, Wellbeing and Learning initiatives.
Qualifications
Currently in second year of an HR Business Degree.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
