About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our HR Manager in functional areas including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and data management. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-world HR operations in a dynamic organization, providing a strong foundation for a future career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining HR tracking sheets (recruitment, leave, and new hires).

  • Support planning and execution of employee engagement and training initiatives.

  • Participate in process improvement projects to enhance efficiency.

  • Provide administrative support to HR.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on STEM, Wellbeing and Learning initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently in second year of an HR Business Degree. 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
