    Speech/Language Pathologist Assistant

    The Ava R-1 School District has an opening for a speech and language pathologist assistant for the 2023-2024 school year. The speech/language pathologist assistant must have a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders or a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Pathology and be licensed through the State Board of Healing Arts. This position will serve students in Kindergarten through 12th grade.
     
    Additional Duties
    Performs other related tasks as assigned by the Principal and other central office administrators as designated by the Superintendent.

    Equipment
    Uses standard office equipment such as personal computers, printer, copy and fax machines, and telephone.

    Travel Requirements

    • Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws regarding education and students.

    Qualifications Profile
