RN Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Valid New Jersey RN license in good standing

  • Prior experience in long-term care is beneficial but not mandatory

  • Administer medications, provide treatments, and implement care plans per physician’s orders

  • Monitor residents’ health status, document changes, and promptly communicate concerns to the healthcare team

  • Offer compassionate care while ensuring residents’ physical and emotional needs are met

  • Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal healthcare regulations

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator
