主要任务和职责
1.根据产品投产系统（PLUS）以及客户产品开发程序的要求，按时保质地进行产品开发。
2.运用设计原理，处理座椅生产中的形式和颜色、结构与功能、工程部件和材料、外观与工艺、座椅和驾乘者、座椅和整个内饰环境的设计关系。
3.提供座椅的整体设计主题。
4.设计面套及相关塑料件外观。
5.提供功能、精致工艺和座椅舒适性的构思，并以专业、高效的方式为客户提供创意设计方案。
6.改进和创新座椅的人机工程设计。
7.分析新产品趋势、客户需求及供应商能力。
8.工作能力需满足客户端的特定要求。
基本要求：
1.教育背景：本科及以上学历，交通工具设计或者工业设计专业优先
2.工作经验： 2年以上相关工作经验
3.具备优秀的中英文书面和口头表达能力。
4.掌握并能熟练运用以下技能：熟练的手绘技巧、快速渲染的能力等。
5.熟练掌握所需的2D和3D专业设计软件 (包括但不限于)： Corel draw/
6.Painter/Photoshop/Alias/Sketchbook/Maya/ RHINO，并具备三维曲面建模能力。
