Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Proficiently able to code warranty repair orders
  • Accurately process and submit warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer and dealership guidelines
  • Submit completed claim to manufacturer accurately
  • Review repair orders for completeness, and compliance
  • Communicate effectively across departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Stay informed on manufacturer updates, bulletins, policy changes, and best practices

 

Qualifications

  • Warranty experience preferred- Mercedes Benz experience a plus!
  • CDK experience a must
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work well with others and be part of a team
  • Proficiency Microsoft Office
  • General accounting knowledge preferred
