You’ll work in a small but fast‑growing team environment with opportunities for on‑the‑job training and continued skill development as we serve our routes efficiently and safely.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, refrigeration units, and dollies, including brake work, trailer repairs, clutch adjustments, and cooling system repairs
  • Conduct welding, cutting, and basic fabrication tasks
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic and mechanical systems using manufacturer computer applications
  • Work both inside the shop and outdoors as needed
  • Document troubleshooting steps and repair activities accurately
  • Communicate and coordinate repair priorities with the Shop Manager
