What you'll do
- Expertly managing complex Google Calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring the C-Suite is fully briefed and prepared for all engagements.
- Plan, book and proactively manage all international and domestic travel itineraries for C-Suite executives.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the C-Suite, managing high volumes of email and correspondence with professional poise.
- Utilising project management skills to ensure both daily tasks and long-term strategic projects are delivered on time.
- Collaborating effectively with other departments and cross-functional teams to ensure executive alignment.
- You remain composed and effective when facing tight deadlines and rapidly changing priorities.
- You stay two steps ahead, identifying and optimising logistical or administrative bottlenecks before they impact the leadership team.
- You have a "finisher" mindset with relentless attention to detail, ensuring nothing is overlooked in a high-volume setting
- Coordinate board meetings and associated documentation, ensuring the highest level of accuracy. Prepare/assist with the preparation of polished and professional presentations.
Who you are
- Minimum of 10+ years as an Executive Assistant, with significant experience directly supporting C-Suite executives.
- Degree qualified or holding a recognised professional qualification.
- Absolute integrity and experience handling highly sensitive, confidential information and documentation with total discretion.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace. You must be a "power user" of Google Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides to manage complex workflows and shared drives.
- Strong critical thinking skills and a high level of comfort with numbers and arithmetic for reporting and expense management.
- Solid understanding of company governance and corporate organisational structures.
