What You�ll Be Doing

  • Lead and support engaging activities such as games, crafts, music, and social events
  • Build genuine connections with residents through friendly conversation and one-on-one time
  • Help plan and set up meaningful programs and special community events
  • Encourage participation and help create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere
  • Bring creativity and positivity into daily resident experiences

What We�re Looking For

  • A positive, caring, and outgoing personality
  • Someone who enjoys working with seniors and building relationships
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
  • Creativity in activities, crafts, games, or engagement ideas is a plus
  • Experience in senior living or activities is helpful but not required�we will train the right person

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to complete CPR certification and dementia training
  • Occasional weekend availability (approximately once per month)
