The company was originally founded in with creative approach to creating value from byproducts and aromatic raw materials set the stage for Berjé to become a leading supplier within the flavor and fragrance industry. 

 

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities: 

•  Assist in the production and fulfillment of customer orders, while maintaining safety and quality standards


• Proactively communicate any issues with the Production Management staff


• Safely and efficiently use hand trucks and pallet jacks to move raw materials


• Learn to utilize Berje’s ERP system


• Follow all safety rules/procedures and maintain an accident and on-the-job injury-free record


• Compliance with all relevant SQF procedures and regulations


• Work extra hours as needed

Education & Experience:

•   High School Diploma


•  Year Experience in the Manufacturing or Service Industry

Skills and/or Physical Requirements:

• Ability to follow a daily routine and complete tasks independently


• Lifting up to 50 lbs.


• Ability to work well with others


• Strong interest in expanding production skills


• Must be able to stand/walk for 8+ hours a day
