Service Technician Responsibilities

As a Service Technician with WCTractor, you will perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and construction equipment. Our service technicians and equipment mechanics receive advanced training directly from manufacturers and have access to extensive resources to help them understand each unique specification.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform service, set-up, and repair of agricultural and light construction equipment both in the shop and in the field

• Complete reports and forms related to work assignments

• Maintain current knowledge related to agricultural and light construction equipment

• Participate in continuing education opportunities and training

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and requirements
