About the Role

The Truck Helper is primarily responsible for assisting distribution personnel in the delivery of packaged goods to designated large and small format

customers. The Truck Helper will be expected to assist in the merchandising, rotation, and proper storage of delivered products

What We're Looking For

  1. High School diploma.
  2. Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  3. Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language.
  4. Strong organizational, time management and decision-making skills with the ability to work within a highly distracting environment.
  5. Ability to perform physical functions which will include the lifting and moving of 50 lbs. or more and pulling/pushing product loads weighing from 250 lbs. to 1,000 lbs.
  6. Physical mobility to make frequent trips in and out of vehicle, to and from customer accounts.
  7. The repetitive motion of one’s neck, wrist, fingers, and/or arms.
  8. Prolonged sitting, twisting, kneeling, and bending.
  9. Must have the ability to operate 2-wheel handcarts as well as powered industrial equipment including a fork-truck in a safe manner and maintain annual fork-truck certification.
  10. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
