Job Description
Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant with deep FI/CO expertise and proven experience in ECC to S/4HANA transformations. This role will focus on delivering end-to-end financial solutions, driving system upgrades, and partnering with business stakeholders to optimize financial processes.

 

Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP S/4HANA FI/CO implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Support full-cycle ECC to S/4HANA conversion projects
  • Design and configure SAP Financials solutions (FI, CO, FSCM, PS, TR, JVA)
  • Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems
  • Provide documentation, training, and mentorship to team members
  • Support EPM tools including SAP BPC, Group Reporting, and SAP Analytics Cloud

Required Skills:

  • Deep SAP S/4HANA FI/CO functional expertise
  • Hands-on S/4HANA upgrade/conversion experience
  • Strong knowledge of SAP HANA Financial modules (FSCM, PS, TR, JVA)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong documentation and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and lead team efforts

Required Experience:

  • At least one full lifecycle ECC to S/4HANA upgrade project
  • Experience in complex, enterprise SAP environments
  • Exposure to SAP EPM tools (BPC, Embedded BPC, Group Reporting, SAC preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
