General Management

 Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports revenue and profit targets

 Experience in dealing with Architects, Interior Designers, new market development.

 Experience in dealing with Contractor’s & Applicators of Site.

 New market identification and development.  Knowledge of construction products.

 Competitors update and Identify new market potential

 Meet regularly with existing customers and prospects in sales territory to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to meet surfaced needs.

 Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to customer’s real-time need

 

Minimum Degree: MBA (Marketing)/ Any Graduate.

Minimum Years / Type of experience: 2-5 years of experience in channel sales/Project Sales in Building material/Paints/Hardware/Waterproofing industry.

Area-specific knowledge: o Knowledge of Tile Adhesives & Grouts. 

Have good Knowledge of Channel Sales. o Awareness of Specifications and BOQ. 

Clarity of role in Construction of Architects/Contractors/Applicators.

Basic knowledge of Tiles and its technology.
