Job Description
Overview:

This is a 40 Hour Full Time Benefited position which includes:

Salary: $72000 to $75000 / annually - depending upon education / experience / licensure.

 

Summary:  Oversee and manage clinical services at a New Jersey State-certified special education school and accredited residential treatment facility. You'll lead the clinical department, ensuring that the therapeutic environment aligns with The Children's Home's values and treatment philosophy.



Responsibilities:
  • Engage in quality improvement activities, including reviewing client feedback, incidents, and grievances, and participating in program evaluations.
  • Join agency committees as directed by higher management.
  • Enforce clinical policies and procedures.
  • Oversee and provide supervision to clinical staff.
  • Ensure proper documentation for regulatory bodies is completed.
  • Help develop therapeutic programs based on best practices.
  • Take part in multidisciplinary meetings for admissions, case reviews, and treatment planning.
  • Write performance evaluations for clinical team leaders.
  • Develop and manage a yearly training curriculum and materials.
  • Ensure case records maintain confidentiality and privacy standards.
  • Represent the organization to various public and private groups.
  • Provide clinical training and assist with coverage for staff and cases.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director.


Qualifications:
  • Master level in social work or related field: Psychology.
  • New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker required.
  • Completed Clinical Supervision Course. TF-CBT certified.
