Basil Ford Walden is growing and looking to add a Service Experience Coordinator to join our Service department!

What You’ll Do:
As a Service Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping to create a smooth and positive service experience.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
  • Reconnect with past and inactive customers
  • Support the service team by maintaining strong customer communication
  • Accurately log interactions in our system

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Positive, professional attitude
  • Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
  • Reliable and team-oriented
  • Call center experience is a plus, but not required
