What You’ll Do:
As a Service Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping to create a smooth and positive service experience.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Reconnect with past and inactive customers
- Support the service team by maintaining strong customer communication
- Accurately log interactions in our system
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)
- Previous customer service experience
- Positive, professional attitude
- Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Call center experience is a plus, but not required
