In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing real-time support, resolving inquiries efficiently, and delivering a positive customer experience through live chat platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and technical issues effectively
- Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
- Meet performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Strong written communication and typing skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat or CRM software
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
