Job Description

POSITION OBJECTIVE

  • Understanding the design, functional analysis, and operation of various technologies and equipment used BRP.. Must have the ability to identify, analyze, and solve field problems

 

LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Analizar y comprender el diseño, el funcionamiento y la operación de las diferentes tecnologías aplicadas en la industria.

  • Investigar limitaciones, fallos de diseño y de funcionamiento de los equipos.

  • Implementar soluciones que permitan extender y mejorar las capacidades de los equipos.

  • Desarrollar la teoría necesaria que fundamente el diseño y el funcionamiento de los equipos.

  • Emular sistemas industriales que permitan comprender el funcionamiento y los diferentes modos de fallo posibles en los equipos.

  • Liderar el análisis teórico-técnico de la obsolescencia de equipos y tecnologías existentes en planta.

  • Diseño e implementación de proyectos enfocados a obsolescencia y actualización de equipos.

  • Estudio y diseño de procedimientos de calibración de equipos electromecánicos de alta precisión.

  • Evaluación de nuevos activos y tecnologías introducidos en planta.

  • Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios enfocados a la investigación de causas y efectos a nivel maquinaria.

  • Follow BRP values and behaviors 

  • Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.

  • Enforce Quality BRP policy

EDUCATION: 

Bachelors Degree 

LANGUAGE:

  • Fluent in Spanish  written and verbal.

  • English advanced (Min. 80%) written specially

  • French or german is an advantage.
