About the role:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining proper functionality and safety, and for performing preventive maintenance on production equipment and the facility. Responsibilities for the maintenance technician will include troubleshooting and repairs involving AC and DC voltages, pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, and various types of manufacturing equipment.



What you will do:




  • Production Support: Responding to emergency maintenance requests, diagnosing problems, and performing repairs to minimize downtime.

  • Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, greasing, and part replacement to prevent system failures.

  • Use problem-solving techniques to determine root causes, countermeasures, and permanent and preventive corrective actions.

  • Documentation: Updating work orders, recording maintenance activities, and ordering parts.

  • S3T: Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Continuous Improvement (Kaizen): Identify and implement opportunities to improve safety, quality, time, and cost for the organization.

  • Assisting with equipment installations and upgrades.
