Requirements
  • Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
  • Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
  • Must be coachable
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and listening
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage a marketing pipeline and sales funnel
  • Desire to be active in the community and really help people navigate insurance needs
  • Desire to build a strong sales team to handle day-to-day operations
Responsibilities
  • Offer products such as Home, Auto, Business, and Life Insurance
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
  • Understanding prospects' needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
  • Staying informed about competing products and services
  • Having a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team
