Job Description

Duration: 6 months

Are you a curious, self-driven student or recent graduate passionate about solving real-world problems? Join Axpo Iberia's CX & Transformation team and immerse yourself in digital innovation. Over four months, you'll gain hands-on experience, contribute to impactful projects, and develop career-defining skills.

What you will do:

  • Support transformation and digitalization projects within CX operations

  • Conduct process analysis and interviews to identify improvement opportunities

  • Assist in designing and documenting workflows and best practices

  • Gather, organize, and create clear, structured documentation

  • Contribute to content creation and knowledge management initiatives

  • Support the implementation and testing of digital tools and platforms

  • Track project progress, report findings, and propose data-driven solutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience

What you bring & who you are:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a STEM Degree (specialization in Digital Transformation is a plus)

  • Basic programming knowledge (Python and SQL preferred)

  • Experience in project management, data analysis, or process improvement

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CRM, automation tools, or digital platforms

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation skills

  • Self-directed, proactive, and motivated to learn

  • Clear communicator with flexibility to adapt to dynamic project priorities

  • Fluent in Spanish (mandatory); advanced English skills preferred
