Solette Seattle is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Busser to support our elevated rooftop service team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who takes pride in maintaining an exceptional dining environment and contributing to seamless, guest-focused service in a fast-paced setting.

Solette Seattle is a rooftop oasis atop Level South Lake Union, continuing the Solette story with a focus on creative cocktails, live music, and innovative cuisine for a community of tastemakers. What Will You Do?
Support servers and bartenders by clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables promptly
Ensure dining areas, service stations, and patio spaces remain clean, organized, and guest-ready
Refill water, assist with food running, and respond to guest needs as directed
Maintain cleanliness of glassware, flatware, and service equipment
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth service flow
What You Bring?
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Strong work ethic with attention to cleanliness and detail
Ability to move efficiently, lift trays, and stand for extended periods
Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary Range:
$22/hr + Tips
