Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and client-oriented Client Service Officer to join the SEA 1 team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process account opening documentation and support end-to-end onboarding
  • Execute and confirm client banking instructions and resolve any issues promptly and effectively
  • Prepare and submit credit applications and assist with monitoring loan/collateral positions
  • Maintain accurate client records and support daily client enquires (account status, transfers, rates, payments, etc)
  • Assist with account maintenance, monitoring client positions and ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Support CROs with administrative tasks and client requests
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience
  • Participate in ad hoc tasks, projects and provide backup CSO support as required
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal procedures

     

Skills Requirements

  • A good degree and understanding of the private banking industry. 
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience as a Client Service Officer (CSO) or Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) 
  • Current RNF holder status and holder of CACS Paper 1 and 2. 
  • As the role will be supporting CROs with some Chinese clients, language proficiency in Mandarin is required. 
  • High attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills, 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under time constraints. 
  • Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
