• Completed at least two years of study (minimum 48 college credits) at an institution of higher education or
• Obtained an associate's (or higher) degree or
• Have passed the ParaPro Assessment Test by Educational Testing Service.

SALARY RANGE:  $25,931 - $41,609 - Placement on the Instructional Assistant Salary Scale depends on education and experience.
