Home Health Aide (HHA) Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with mobility and transfers, including use of walkers, wheelchairs, and other assistive devices

• Help with eating, meal preparation, and feeding if necessary

• Maintain a clean and safe living environment

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition and vital signs

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Home Health Aide (HHA) Requirements:

• Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of New York

• Prior experience as a HHA preferred (recent graduates welcome to apply)

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
