The Associate Loyalty Inflight Specialist is responsible for day-to-day program execution, frontline communication, and operational coordination that enables Flight Attendants to confidently and consistently promote the Atmos Rewards Visa Card program. Reporting to the Manager, Loyalty Inflight Engagement, this role translates strategy into action by managing materials, events, training touchpoints, incentives, and reporting that drive participation and results.
- Support inflight employee engagement programs that drive credit card acquisition, incentives, and promotional campaigns, with a strong in-airport, face-to-face presence.
- Proactively engage Flight Attendants in airports and bases to encourage participation, answer questions, and reinforce program priorities in real time.
- Manage frontline tools, materials, and digital assets to ensure Flight Attendants are equipped with accurate, timely information.
- Support training, communications, and events, including base visits, airport activations, and special assignments, to increase awareness and participation.
- In partnership with Manager, Loyalty Inflight Engagement, work with Inflight leaders and frontline teams to integrate programs smoothly into existing workflows and operations.
- Monitor engagement performance and frontline feedback, escalating insights, issues, and recommendations to the Manager.
- Serve as a day-to-day execution partner to Bank of America and activation vendors, coordinating timelines, materials, and pilots.
- Collaborates with banking partners, Training, Frontline work groups, and Legal to implement legally mandated, regulatory training and reporting programs.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in marketing, or 2 years of experience in marketing or related area, in lieu of this degree.
- Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously across various audiences.
- Adapt quickly to changing requirements in a competitively charged environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred
- 2 years of credit card or loyalty program experience.
- Experience in inflight channel.

$57,400-$80,350 / year
Pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other Alaska/Hawaiian/Horizon employees. Alaska/Hawaiian/Horizon is committed to fair, unbiased compensation along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate.
Note: We don’t typically hire at the top of the range.
