Position Responsibilities
Would like to spend your summer working at Deltek, named to the Forbes' list of “America's Best Employers ?” As the Onboarding Success (OS) Intern, you will work directly with Computer Ease Payroll Tax, Engagement, and Onboarding teams, to provide support to external customer programs and team members.
In this role, you will represent the interests of Deltek customers and drive positive changes in the customer experience. You will be responsible for working directly with our internal teams to build customer relationships through the customer journey. You will achieve this through effective communication, enthusiasm for understanding our customer’s metrics for success, and strong organization skills.

- Assist with new user account set up
- Assist with onboarding event attendance tracking
- Assist with Smartsheet dashboard creation
- Tracking onboarding activities
- Making sure tasks are completed within the appropriate response time
- Assist team with other projects as needed.
- Assist with process documentation

- Deltek is a fast-paced and dynamic environment; the ability to multitask on different customers concurrently and react quickly to movements in the business is critical.
Qualifications
- Current undergraduate at a 4-year university/college
- Degree focus in Business, Sales, Communications is ideal, but all considered
- GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
- Ability to work remotely for 8-10 weeks starting June 6, 2023, for 32-40 hours per week
- Works effectively with minimal supervision and remotely from home
- Excellent customer service and relationship development skills
- Strong computer and internet skills, including MS Office, internet research
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to adapt to varying situations and personalities
- Self-motivated and proactive team member, who will utilize time efficiently, share knowledge, and be receptive to others’ ideas
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Organizational skills and computer competency that will facilitate customer information tracking and follow-up
