We are currently seeking a part-time and full-time Front Office Specialist who is committed to providing superior service and eager to grow within a highly respected orthopaedic practice at our KOC West office and to float at various offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Checking patients in/out

• Obtain patient information and schedule appointments and follow ups as needed

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments

• Collect copays, deductibles, and pre-authorization details

• Assist department with various administrative tasks as needed

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Medical office experience preferred

• EHR and NexGen experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
