Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Operate the Press Brake machines and support the production team by assembling parts, operating machinery, and punching or sawing metal products as instructed by production demands. Produce a variety of parts, all of which must meet the dimensional specifications of the mechanically engineered drawings.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions

    Set up and perform machine operations requiring a high degree of skill and experience in a manufacturing environment.

    Set up proper punches and dies based on material thickness and type.

    Read and understand engineering tool and prototype drawings and specifications.

    Inspect own production frequently using proper gauges or measuring instrument in order to hold precise tolerances for quality control.

    Set up tooling, load programs, and set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.

    Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Experience
