JOB SUMMARY
Operate the Press Brake machines and support the production team by assembling parts, operating machinery, and punching or sawing metal products as instructed by production demands. Produce a variety of parts, all of which must meet the dimensional specifications of the mechanically engineered drawings.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions
• Set up and perform machine operations requiring a high degree of skill and experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Set up proper punches and dies based on material thickness and type.
• Read and understand engineering tool and prototype drawings and specifications.
• Inspect own production frequently using proper gauges or measuring instrument in order to hold precise tolerances for quality control.
• Set up tooling, load programs, and set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS
Work Experience
1-3 years Machining Experience Required
1-3 years Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Practices Preferred
