Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Kingsland is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to support our housekeeping team in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. This role is essential in ensuring the hotel meets the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Change linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities
- Vacuum, dust, and sanitize guest rooms and common areas
- Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets
- Remove trash and assist with laundry when needed
- Report maintenance issues or damaged items to management
- Follow hotel safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods (up to 30 lbs)
- Dependable with strong time management skills
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
