Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to help us attract, engage, and hire top technical talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles, excellent sourcing strategies, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from understanding hiring needs to closing offers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to understand role requirements, team goals, and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps, Product Managers, etc.).
  • Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive networking, social recruiting, and industry events.
  • Leverage recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.) for effective candidate engagement.
  • Provide a high-quality candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the company.
  • Use data and metrics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive hiring landscapes.

Technical Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter (in-house or agency).
  • Proven experience hiring for technical roles (software engineering, data, cloud, or product).
  • Strong understanding of technical terminology, development stacks, and modern tools.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics to inform recruitment decisions.

Nice-to-have skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for startups, SaaS, or tech-driven organizations.
  • Familiarity with DEI hiring practices.
  • Knowledge of technical assessments and interview frameworks.
  • Certification in Recruiting or HR (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, SHRM, etc.) is a plus.
