As an Associate Installation & Service Engineer, you will support the installation, maintenance, and servicing of equipment at customer sites. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want hands-on technical exposure, on-the-job training, and a strong foundation in engineering service operations.

Key Responsibilities｜主要职责

• Assist in installation, commissioning, and testing of machines at customer sites
  协助客户现场设备的安装、调试及测试工作

• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting
  执行预防性维护及基础故障排除

• Support service engineers in resolving mechanical and electrical issues
  协助服务工程师处理机械及电气相关问题

• Prepare service reports and basic documentation
  编写服务报告及相关技术文件

• Communicate with customers in a professional and service-oriented manner
  以专业及服务导向的方式与客户沟通

• Travel to up-country customer sites when required
  根据工作需要前往外地客户现场

Requirements｜任职要求

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
  机械工程或相关专业本科 / 大专学历

• Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant internship or hands-on experience is an advantage
  欢迎应届毕业生，有实习或相关实践经验者优先

• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles
  具备基础机械及电气工程原理知识

• This position supports Mandarin-speaking clients and requires coordination with local Thai colleagues. Trilingual candidates (Mandarin, Thai, and English) are preferred; alternatively, candidates with strong Mandarin and English communication skills are also welcome.
  本职位需支持中文客户并与当地泰国同事协调工作。优先考虑具备中、泰、英三语能力者；或具备良好中英文沟通能力的候选人亦可。

• Computer literate (MS Office, basic systems usage)
  熟悉电脑操作（如 Microsoft Office）

• This position is based in Bangkok and requires travel to various industrial estates outside of Bangkok. A valid driving license (local resident) or international driving license is preferred for foreign talents.
