Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Support Intern to join our team in Franklin, TN. The Administrative Support Intern will support various clerical tasks, ensuring efficient and accurate processing of mail, documentation, and record-keeping. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in administrative functions and office management.
Duties and Responsibilities

Copy Distribution: Distribute copies of documents to clerks and other designated parties promptly and accurately.

Postage Management: Operate postage meters and handle all postage-related tasks to ensure timely mailing of documents.

Certified Mail Preparation: Prepare and track manual certified mailings to ensure proper delivery.

Mail Preparation: Fold letters, stuff envelopes, and prepare mail for dispatch.

Lien Sorting: Organize sorted liens by state and county for efficient processing and check matching.

Check Matching: Accurately match checks with the corresponding lien documents.

Filing: Perform general filing duties to maintain organized records

Undeliverable Mail Logging: Log and file undeliverable mail for future reference
Skills and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Microsoft Office including Excel and Word

Advanced computer proficiency

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
