Form Carpenter – Build Critical Industrial Water and Wastewater Infrastructure

Job Overview:

The Opportunity: You will play a pivotal role in the construction of essential water and wastewater treatment facilities, ensuring structural integrity through precision formwork. How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Construct and install complex concrete forms for industrial utility projects with high accuracy.

  • Interpret detailed blueprints and technical specifications to execute structural layouts.

  • Execute and assist in large-scale concrete pours to ensure project durability.

  • Perform crossover tasks across various civil site needs to maintain project momentum.

  • Maintain strict adherence to project milestones and deadlines through efficient workflow.

  • Navigate challenging field conditions in both summer and winter environments safely.

  • Uphold the company’s reputation for quality in a non-union, high-performance setting.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in form carpentry.

  • Proven ability to read and understand structural blueprints for site construction.

  • Physical capability to perform heavy labor in varying outdoor weather conditions.

  • Proficiency in English and possession of reliable transportation.

  • Absolute willingness to travel to project sites and work overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Direct experience working on water or wastewater treatment plant projects.

  • Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety certification.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
