Job Description

Key Deliverables   

1. Annual Revenue: Achieve $10M annual sales target through team coordination, goal setting, and adherence to SOPs.

2. Closing Rate: Maintain a minimum closing ratio of 30% across all deals.

3. Job Size: Ensure average job size remains at $18,000 or above.

4. Organic Sales: Generate at least $3M in organic sales (self-generated and referral).

5. Training & Professional Development: Support Sales Team competency, maintaining an average score of 3/5 on Competency Models through coaching and development initiatives.

 

Responsibilities  

1. Revenue Goals:  

  • Set and monitor weekly targets for each Project Consultant in their Goal Setting and Review (GSR) meetings.

  • Manage project software to ensure all information is accurately tracked and available throughout the process.  

  • Confirm each Project Consultant promotes financing and upgrades for every job.

 

2. Sales Team Management:  

  • Train, onboard, and provide ongoing one-on-one support to Sales Team members.

  • Oversee the Sales Team’s adherence to sales goals and SOPs.

  • Monitor and coach team performance, following escalation guidelines for under performers, including warnings and potential terminations.

 

3. Client and Project Management:  

  • Ensure each Project Consultant schedules a minimum of 2 hours weekly for follow-ups with past clients and maintains regular outreach to potential clients and neighbors at appointments.  

  • Review old estimates and develop strategies to convert pending projects.  

 

4. Professional Development:  

  • Conduct regular training, team meetings, and GSR meetings to address knowledge gaps and enhance performance.

  • Uphold company values, fostering a positive and supportive company culture through mentorship and accountability.

  • Maintain own professional development through technical courses, industry memberships, and ongoing competency assessment.

 

5. Reporting and Documentation:  

  • Oversee and document all client interactions, sales activities, and neighbor referrals within the CRM.

  • Track team performance and continuously seek opportunities to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.  


Annual Revenue Target: $10M

  • Experience: Proven sales management experience in a high-revenue construction or contracting environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills with a talent for coaching and mentoring.

  • Competency: Familiarity with CRM systems and project management software.
