Summary:
The Fine Dining Bartender will provide exceptional guest service through friendly interactions while serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. They will skillfully mix drinks, upsell menu items, and efficiently serve guests according to Company Standards.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with guests courteously.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages with precision.
- Recommend and upsell menu items to enhance guest experience.
- Set up bar area prior to opening the bar, including liquor, ice, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Responsible for knowledge of laws regarding age requirements, responsible alcohol service guidelines, etc.
- Maintains Responsible Vendors training status and attends all mandatory meetings.
- Monitors guest's drinking habits to prevent abusive consumption of alcohol.
- Service and fulfill to-go orders via the lobby bar by phone and in person.
- Comply with the company's drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of bartending experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail skills.
- Ability to lift- up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently.
- Must be able to legally work in the USA.
Education and Certification(s)/License(s):
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
