The Solutions Advisor supports the development and delivery of customer focused, cost effective supply chain solutions under the guidance of senior Solution Advisors. This role contributes to customer success by assisting with solution design, analysis, demonstrations, and implementation support, while continuing to build functional and technical expertise across Blue Yonder solutions. The Solutions Advisor works closely with senior advisors, sales, consulting, and product teams to support customer engagements and adoption efforts. While not independently leading solution strategy, the Solutions Advisor plays a meaningful role in ensuring solution quality, accuracy, and customer confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Support customer engagements, discovery sessions, and design workshops by documenting requirements and assisting with solution documentation and blueprinting activities.
Assist senior Solution Advisors in developing, positioning, and refining supply chain solutions aligned to customer business needs.
Contribute to solution analysis by gathering data, validating assumptions, and supporting configuration recommendations.
Support demonstrations of Blue Yonder solutions using prepared business scenarios, including basic data uploads or configuration changes with guidance.
Build foundational knowledge of Blue Yonder solutions, supply chain best practices, and relevant industry trends.
Collaborate with sales, consulting, and product teams to support customer adoption and implementation activities.
Identify potential improvement or expansion opportunities and escalate insights and observations to senior team members.
Build positive customer relationships through reliable execution, attention to detail, and a strong learning mindset.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Typically 2–3 years of experience in a supply chain, analytics, consulting, or customer‑facing solution support role.
Foundational understanding of retail panning, category management, allocation & replenishment.
Strong analytical, documentation, and organisational skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Foundational understanding of SaaS solution deployment concepts, including configuration, integrations, and project lifecycle phases.
Ability to support (but not independently lead) discovery, blueprinting, and solutioning activities.
Willingness and aptitude to learn technical architecture concepts, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
Customer‑focused mindset with interest in developing deeper expertise in supply chain technology and SaaS solutions.
Experience with Blue Yonder solutions or similar enterprise supply chain platforms is a plus, but not required.
