ABOUT THE POSITIONĀ
As our Trade Marketing Specialist in Poland, you will join our European Marketing team and report to the Trade Marketing Manager based in the Czech Republic. In a context ofĀ strong growthĀ in Poland ā with new partner stores, outletĀ expansionĀ and e-commerce development ā your role will be key in strengthening our local execution and building a more impactful presence on the ground.Ā
You willĀ operateĀ at the intersection of sales,Ā retailĀ and marketing, working closely with local Sales teams, key wholesaleĀ accountsĀ and internal stakeholders across Europe. Your responsibility will be to translate global plans into relevant, well-executed local activations.Ā
This is aĀ stronglyĀ execution-focused role. You will be directly involved in bringing campaigns and store activations to life in the market, rather than defining global brand strategy.Ā
A key part of your role will also be to support the expansion of our partner store network, contributing to new store openings from early planning stages to full launch execution.Ā
You will act as the go-to marketing contact for Poland, bringing local insights, ensuring languageĀ accuracyĀ and helping the brand connect more effectively with the local market.Ā

HOW YOUāLL MAKE THE DIFFERENCEĀ
Plan,Ā coordinateĀ andĀ execute trade marketing campaigns across wholesale accounts and partner stores, in line with brand guidelines and marketing calendarĀ Ā
Take ownership of partner store openings, from early planning to launch:Ā Ā
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partnersĀ Ā
Contribute to store layout, visualĀ merchandisingĀ and in-store assetsĀ Ā
Build and execute 360° opening plans (social media, events, influencers, local activations)Ā Ā
Act as the go-to person for the Polish market:Ā Ā
Bring local insights to brand marketing,Ā PRĀ and influencer activationsĀ Ā
Ensure language accuracy and cultural relevance of marketing contentĀ Ā
Work closely withĀ localĀ sales teamĀ during sell-in seasonĀ toĀ support marketing strategy of the brand with wholesale accountsĀ
Build strong relationships with key accounts and support their marketing activationsĀ Ā
Coordinate across multiple stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Retail, partners) and ensure alignmentĀ Ā
Participate in local events and activations to strengthen brand visibility on the groundĀ Ā
Use available data and insights to support decisions and improve executionĀ Ā

YOU HAVEĀ
Around 2ā3 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, in-storeĀ marketingĀ or a related fieldĀ Ā
Experience in sportswear, outdoor, fashion or retail environments is a strong plusĀ Ā
A good understanding of how retail and wholesale environments operateĀ Ā
Solid project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholdersĀ Ā
A pragmatic, data-informed mindset (comfortable using data to support decisions ā basic Excel skills expected)Ā Ā
Fluency in Polish and EnglishĀ Ā
Willingness to travel regularly across PolandĀ Ā
Ideally based in Warsaw or within commuting distanceĀ Ā
