You will have responsibilities including but not limited to:
- On Site daily
- Support residents in the (self) administration of medication
- Documentation of (self) administration of medication
- Performs TB and Drug screenings on all patients within 72 hours of admissions
- Performs routine urine drug screens as directed by the treatment/recovery plan
- Monitors and records vital signs
- Provides triage and provides medical services accordingly
- For patients with health care needs, schedules and coordinates all medical appointments, and provides periodic follow-up
- Reviews and transcribes medication orders and monitors medication records for compliance.
- Observes and records response to treatment/medication and notifies the Medical Director, the RN Supervisor, and the Program Director of any such instances.
