You will have responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • On Site daily
  • Support residents in the (self) administration of medication
  • Documentation of (self) administration of medication
  • Performs TB and Drug screenings on all patients within 72 hours of admissions
  • Performs routine urine drug screens as directed by the treatment/recovery plan
  • Monitors and records vital signs
  • Provides triage and provides medical services accordingly
  • For patients with health care needs, schedules and coordinates all medical appointments, and provides periodic follow-up
  • Reviews and transcribes medication orders and monitors medication records for compliance.
  • Observes and records response to treatment/medication and notifies the Medical Director, the RN Supervisor, and the Program Director of any such instances.
