Job Description 

As a Senior Solutions & Services Sales Professional within Solutions & Services Group(SSG), you will lead the sales of an expanding portfolio of across AI Solutions, IT Managed Services, Truscale IaaS/DaaS, Think-Shield/Core software, and ARS, as well as industry-specific offerings, all complemented by Lenovo’s award-winning product portfolio 

Key Responsibilities: 

Collaborate with Lenovo Strategic, Global Capability Center (GCC) and Enterprise account managed team to craft joint value propositions and develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for securing SSG opportunities. 
Drive the establishment of Truscale IaaS/DaaS Models, emphasizing products, services, and financing solutions for the given territory/Segment 
Identify, develop, and successfully close large, complex opportunities across AI Solutions, IT Managed Services, Truscale IaaS/DaaS, Think-Shield/Core software, and ARS Services portfolios. 
Design, implement, and execute robust sales strategies for the SSG services line to achieve growth objectives. 
Build and nurture senior-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to both end customers and internal account management. 
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless progression of deals through the pipeline. 
Consistently leverage MS Dynamics and other reporting tools to monitor key sales metrics and ensure targets are met 

Minimum Requirements: 

Engineering/Science Graduate, MBA or Advanced technical degree will be an added advantage 
15+ years of successful Enterprise technology sales is required. 
Demonstrated track record of top performance with multi-million-dollar quota. 
Direct Sales experience, In depth knowledge and understanding about AI Services, IT Managed Services, Thinkshiled Security/Core Software, Asset Recovery Services and “as a Service” business lines alongside their value proposition 
Strategic mindset and sound business acumen are required, along with effective decision making, contract negotiation and partner management skills. 
Handling GCC added advantage 
Knowledge in handling Srilanka market is added advantage
