Responsibilities:

 

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone, referring inquiries.
  • Answer, route, and disposition all incoming phone calls in a professional manner which reflects a high level of customer
  • Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation as well as Skype for Business.
  • Maintains safe, clean and orderly reception, conference rooms, breakroom, storage room, and common office
  • Coordinate’s supply and business card ordering for all office and project locations
  • Placing and expediting office and kitchen supply orders and verify receipt of orders in accordance with policies and Put away supplies in an orderly manner.
  • Coordinate work orders with building management

 

  • Process and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, UPS, FedEx, USPS. Track deliveries of
  • Coordinate catering for office
  • Assist to coordinate office and corporate events, as well as office and corporate meetings (Board Meetings included)
  • Maintain and distribute employee directories -
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and other documents to support the objectives of the company as
  • Maintain and update vendor and customer information
  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to inter-departmental staff in a manner which reflects the overall goals of the organization.
  • Assist with filing and data entry in a manner which is understandable and
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as Performs other duties as needed.

 

Experience and Qualifications:

 

  • HS Diploma Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years related experience.
  • 65 WPM Typing- Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and
  • Strong telephone skills - Strong customer service skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills & ability to interact comfortably with individuals at all
  • Strong organizational skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Team player, able to collaborate with fellow team members and volunteers willingly to assist others as
  • Professional appearance and positive
  • Experience in a fast-paced and growing office

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary position. May be required to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard.

 

Travel requirements:

No travel required.

 

Must be authorized to work in the United States. This position is full time.
