Role Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary customer contact, conducting detailed vehicle inspections to assess structural, body, mechanical, and internal damage while guiding customers through the repair process with confidence and care.
  • Prepare accurate repair estimates by evaluating damage, determining parts and materials required, and calculating labor and paint costs to ensure profitable and timely repairs.
  • Collaborate closely with technicians to review repair needs, monitor restoration quality, and ensure completed work meets all quality standards; authorize additional repairs when necessary.
  • Communicate directly with insurance companies to negotiate repair costs, approvals, and payment obligations, ensuring a smooth claims process.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the repair lifecycle to build trust, satisfaction, and repeat business.

Employee Prerequisites

  • Fast onboarding process-get started within days of applying.
  • Advanced knowledge of vehicle mechanical and collision repair procedures.
  • Insurance and Collision Estimator experience REQUIRED (compensation based on experience).
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple estimates in a deadline‑driven environment.
