Job Description

Job Title:         Roadshow Coordinator, ECM
Reports To:     Sr. Managing Director, Head of Equity Capital Markets
Department:     Investment Banking
Location:         New York, NY

Salary Range:         $135,000 - $145,000

 

The ECM team is looking to hire a Roadshow Coordinator in New York to plan, execute and manage all logistics related to deal roadshows. This is a hands-on role requiring ownership of the coordination and management of these activities.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the execution of ECM transactions
  • Execute planning and logistics for all stages of a roadshow including, but not limited to, managing the overall schedule, ordering catering, booking cars, booking travel, pulling investor profiles, etc.
  • Work closely with the internal ECM and deal teams for flawless execution
  • Effectively communicate with management, internal teams, and joint-bookrunners
  • Deliver high quality client service

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years’ experience in the coordination of planning corporate events and/or road shows in the financial services industry preferred.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Be able to work under pressure and have ability to prioritize on own.
  • Strong organizational skills and be able to successfully function in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, database management, Ipreo proficiency preferred.
  • Execute events onsite when necessary and be open to travel.
  • Strong client service, relationship building, problem solving and communication skills.
