What to expect:


 



  • Manage incoming contacts from existing or potential customers

  • Initiate outbound contacts with existing or potential customers

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's request, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolution

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information

  • Support second level contacts from customers and answering customer inquiries that cannot be solved in 1st level support

  • Cooperate closely with the external/internal 1st level Customer Care Centre, as well as with rest of the internal departments to solve customer requirements and improve our processes

  • Provide documentation of solved customer inquiries in our ticket system


 


To be successful you need to have:


 



  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree



  • Relevant professional experience in a similar position

  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office

  • Proficiency in English

  • Customer- and service-oriented personality

  • Professional manner

  • Independent, collaborative, and proactive working style

  • A good team player, who works well under pressure

  • Hands-on mentality and an international mindset
