Job Title: Procurement Manager
Job Location: Budapest, Hungary
Main Responsibilities:
Analyse supplier markets to identify opportunities and risks across categories
Align with HQ procurement teams to implement global sourcing strategies
Optimize the use and sharing of supplier resources
Support and participate in key projects, guiding strategy definition and execution
Manage project risks and coordinate cross-functional resources
Organize and facilitate procurement governance meetings (PMC/JRT) and ensure follow-up actions
Contribute to improving operational performance and process quality
Ensure compliance with internal control requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement or category sourcing
Experience in general procurement is strongly preferred
Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Results-driven with strong execution capabilities
Ability to thrive in an international environment
Fluent in English
